Once you have registered and are logged in, you will see the Auction Menu on the left has additional fields. Click on "New Auction" and choose a category for your listing, then select "Click Here to Continue" from the top (or bottom) of the category list. Now you will see 4 tabs where you will need to enter the details of your listing. You can also change the category if you wish.

The short description will show on the listing pages as a caption (sub heading) to the entice people to view the main page of your listing - so make it catchy.

You are required to have one main picture, and you can have another 3. however, if you have a picture hosting account with a photo hosting company like Photobucket, you are able to link to as many pictures as you like in your description.

Here you can add a link to your own website, or to a video file on Youtube, if you wish. We would like to add that we will be monitoring all off-site links, so please be vigilant when linking to other websites. Any listing that links to any unlawful websites will be deleted and the auctioneer will be banned.

You can also use the integrated editor to add spice. You can change the style and format of text by using the drop-down lists, insert pictures and add hyperlinks, using the various buttons. Have a play and see what you think.

The longest you can list for is 1 month. You can set the exact date and time of your listing to finish.

BIN mean "Buy It Now". If you want to set a BIN auction, you will be asked to set a BIN price.

In a Public auction, everyone can see who has previousely bid on your item. A Private auction will not show the bid history.

If you select to have a "Fully Automated Auction", when the time runs out on the auction, the winner will be notified automatically and given the information on how to pay (as per your payment options). If you do not select this, then once the auction closes, you will need to select the winning bid and inform the buyer yourself.

Yes. Before you click on "Save & Continue", select "save as Default" and your details will be saved for the next time you list an item.

This is a known issue and we are working on a fix. However, you should contact us immediately and let us know of your intention to cancel and auction - we will cancel it from the administration area. Remember to tell us you username and the auction name and use the email address that you used to register on the website.
