Prices

Goods are invoiced in pounds (£) sterling at the price prevailing at the end of the aution..

Performance Auction can not be held responsible for listing final value and monies owed to the seller is their responsibility to arrange with the buyer to pay for the item sold.

Returns

It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the seller to arrange any return of goods.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be liable to you or any third party for any:

• loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and/or loss of data; and/or
• any other loss or damage which does not result directly from the actions of Performance Auction, its sub-contractors or agents;
